FERWALL FIREPROOF HOARDINGS
Ireland’s first fully reusable all steel hoarding system that can incorporate bespoke graphics and match specific branding colours
Ferwall sections arrive to site pre-assembled for a quick site build. The sections can be attached to an Above-Ground Concrete block ballast to create the hoarding line required. All sections are screwed/bolted together, therefore zero site cutting is required.
Ferwall sections can also be attached to In-Ground concrete foundations with I-Beams and couplers. Wind load testing has been completed/passed for hoardings up tothree metres high.
Pre-coated steel profiled sheeting and/or printed Graffix panels are fitted directly to the Ferwall frame to create the specified fire resistant hoarding. No site painting is required and the coatings do not fade over long periods.
Graffix printed panels can include logos, safety signage, text, and/or images. This removes the need for add-on signage that can become loose or where the colours do not match with Brand guidelines.
Bespoke fabrications can be designed/created for any requirement [e.g. TV Surrounds, Face recognition hoods, overhangs, viewing gaps. windows etc.] See our gallery for images of previous builds and ideas of what is possible.
Steel logo panels and graphics can be made for reuse on future locations. Our substrates are all steel, and therefore we use zero plastic.
Eye catching steel panels can be used for internal fit-outs or displays, creating
long lasting fire-resistant installations.
Graffix printed top trims are a popular way to have company logos out of reach of vandals. KEM Trims have a folded top leg that allows for quick application and prevents the trim from falling in the event that a fixing becomes loose.
To aid client sign-off on hoarding project planning, our team can produce realistic 3D graphics to show how Ferwall would look when built. These can also be superimposed onto actual site images, if required.
